- Shopify store data: Product listings, inventory levels, order data, and store configuration accessed via Shopify API.
- Supplier stock data: Supplier inventory feeds synced through Zapier integrations.
- Slack workspace data: Limited to channel information needed to deliver stock alerts.

- Usage analytics: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Service, including your inventory dashboards and alerts.
- AI processing:Your inventory and sales data may be processed using OpenAI’s technology to generate reorder suggestions, analytics, and insights. We do not use your data to train AI models.
- Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Service and to improve our products.
- Communications: To send service-related notifications, billing updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information under their own privacy policy.
- Shopify: Store and inventory data access for dashboard functionality.

- OpenAI: AI-powered analytics and suggestion generation. Data sent to OpenAI is processed under their data processing agreement and is not used to train their models.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Upon account deletion:
- Personal account data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Shopify store data and supplier data are removed from our systems within 30 days.
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).
